Return Policies

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unused, with tags, and
in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.

Refund Policy:

  • Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos. We will initiate a replacement or refund based on your preference.
  • Services: Refunds for treatments or consultations are only available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return or cancellation is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic products.
  • Digital products or services that have already been rendered.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping and Delivery Details:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement and payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery across India typically takes 5-7 business days. For remote locations, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Charges vary based on location and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value, as per promotions.
  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive an email with a tracking number and link once your order has shipped.
